Alex has been negotiating for and with CEOs and Senior Directors on $6.5Bn of commercial agreements on a yearly basis in investment banking, asset management, FMCG, Retail, Logistics & Distribution, Technology, Oil & Gas, Commodities within Fortune 500 organisations in the UK, Continental Europe, South Africa, United States, Singapore, India, China, and Australia.
He supports companies at a strategic, tactical, and execution level to help them maximise agreements by mastering behaviours, process and methodologies of world-class negotiation, helping clients use and control conflict, build win-win collaborations, and protect them against commercial exploitation in adverrsarial scenarios.

As a trained behavioural anthropologist, micro facial expressions and commercial expert, Alex works on a selective basis with high net worth individuals, political leaders, and C-Level executives to help them work on taking care of their nervous system for maximum performance under pressure as well as elements such verbal and non-verbal behaviours, conflict adoption, assertiveness, executive authority, diplomacy, crisis management and high-stakes negotiations.
